Costumes!

Okay, So I'm just starting to work on the costumes. As we decided in the meeting all the fairies will be dressed in a cybergoth (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cybergoth) style and all the mortals will be a more "everyday" subtle style (simple, earth-tones and white, possibly scene-esque). What I need to know is for whom I am designing. I will definitely do a costume for Oberon, Titania, Puck, and a single base costume for the fairy dancers (which can vary in color, accessories, etc). Which of the non-fairy characters should I design?
